RETURN POLICY
RETURN POLICY for butikjam.com

You can return and exchange the products if you're not satisfied with them or there's a quality issue. But you need to follow the instructions stated below:
-Within 1day of the delivery of your order, you must send an e-mail requesting for the exchange. E-mail should be sent on contact@butikjam.com
-Items will only be returned if they are unused and are in the original packaging.
-When there is no quality issue, return shipping fees would be at Client's expense. Moreover, we would apply a restocking fee per returned item. Restocking fees amount Rp.100.000 per watch.
-When the issue is related to quality, we would compensate the return shipping fees (according to our policy) and the defective item will be replaced at our cost. Provided that our return procedure has been followed.

Returns and Exchanges for Quality Issues :

For any return request due to a quality issue with watches the client would be instructed to send pictures of the defects to our customer service officer. This would allow us to validate that in fact the watch is defective. Once the item is validated as defective, we will provide client with a Return Merchandise Agreement (RMA), a RMA number and a shipping address to return the product we validated as defective. We would not accept returns of items that do not show on the RMA, and that we did not agree on.
Items returned for defective reasons will be exchanged against the very same model unless it's not available anymore (we don't accept exchange for money).


How to exchange/return products :

1. Simply E-Mail contact@butikjam.com within 1 business day of receiving your order. Any claim beyond that will not be processed.

2. In this Email, please provide the following information
a. Your full name and address
b. the SO Number
c. the date the order was received.
d. the list of items to be exchanged (name and reference number).
e. The reason why you would like to return your items.

3. Upon receipt of your return request, our Customer Service Department will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) and RM number. This RMA number should be referred to for any further correspondence inherent to this return.

4. Upon receipt of this RMA, please ship back the items listed on the RMA to the indicated return address.

5. Please email us with a tracking number of your return.

6. As soon your returned package is received by us, our Shipping Department will process your replacement and you will receive a new tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.



IMPORTANT
According to the policy of butikjam.com, we can not process any request concerned with the refund of money after the order has been shipped. However, we always try our best to accommodate clients and handle exchanges on their request.
Please note that returned items are subject to final inspection before exchange will be processed. Allow 5 to 10 business days for an exchange to be processed in some case a longer waiting period is applicable with further notice.
